We were so excited to go to this place, and it was such a disappointment. The waitress completely messed up our order--when she had someone shadowing her to boot. I got the risotto, my friend got the risotto...and they brought me the pork belly. When they finally brought the correct meal, they tasted COMPLETELY different. In one the rice was undercooked, and in the second it was overly salty. They asked if I wanted my wine refilled four times, which I didn't, and when I asked for water they didn't bring it. We had three people waiting on us and no one could get anything right. Then there was no discount offered for the extreme mess-up. Do not go here. Three people ate earlier then me and then had to watch me eat. The only way that this one-star review is happening is because the busboy was stellar.
We used Open Table to book a reservation letting them know we were celebrating my daughters engagement. Nina June was an awesome experience! It was our first time there and it won't be our last. The food was excellent, from appetizers to desert, the service perfect, and their thoughtful attention to this special occasion was heartwarming.
Food was delicious.
Service needs a lot of help. Someone managing the front of the house is necessary. Staying aware of the tables & directing staff to attend to them. It took 20+ minutes to be asked if we wanted bread or another drink.
Really poor service. Ordered risotta and it was not fully cooked. I was really surprised given the rave reviews that I'd heard. It seemed like an awful lot of people were serving us, but nothing happened quickly and there was a lot of confusion among them. One of our orders was wrong (completely wrong meal) and a new order wasn't brought out until everyone else was nearly done. They did not take anything off the final check. The view was beautiful and the appetizers were tasty, otherwise a disappointment.
