I love this place. The night sleep is fantastic here because it's so quiet and it's by the ocean. Definitely recommend it if you're visiting Maine.
Very nice! We stayed here 3 nights in September....came to Maine to celebrate our 34th anniversary. We booked a room without a view but they kindly upgraded us to a balcony room overlooking the bay AND had an anniversary card along with a nice bottle of wine waiting for us in our room! We were in room 105 which had been completely renovated, bed was comfortable and towels soft. Breakfast was very nice, fruit...waffles...yogurt...juice...cereal...danishes...toast...bagels....coffee and tea. Great location for day trips to towns nearby. We would highly recommend and stay here again!
The people in the office were very nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean ( though there were a few spiders that we killed...) Super comfortable bed and decent water pressure. Beat our expectations of a 3 star hotel.
We had room 127. Although it had a lovely view, the carpet in the room was so full of mildew and mold we could barely breathe. We had to keep the screen door opened all night AND ran the air conditioner. We were told there were no other rooms available and we could not get a refund on our $350 payment for 2 nights that we had booked, based on the good reviews we had read. Do not stay here.
We really like this place and have been staying there for 15 years. Be aware that breakfast is not served in the winter months but we like going to Camden for that.
