I am not satisfied with Dr. Winkes. At the last appointment for my granddaughter Dr. Winkes kept trying to walk out the door while I still had questions to ask. The last 2 days I have called the office 3 times to get a simple answer or an appointment. I even called the hospital and spoke to a quality and safety person who assured me she would get in touch with the Office Manager. Still waiting on a call back.
Dr. Stephenson and his team are excellent. We've been with them at Pen Bay for 9 years through thick and thin. Always great care, great bedside/doctor manner, great follow up, and great support staff. Highly recommended.
