I want to express appreciation for the level of care, consideration and kindness that is expressed unfailingly by all of the staff at Mount Pleasant Dental Care, in addition, of course to the high quality dental care received. I had a cap come loose over the weekend. I called Monday afternoon to set up an appointment. They had me in the office that very afternoon within 2 hours of my call, were very solicitous to my need, and put my cap back on firmly. I guess what particularly prompts me to write is the culture of this office, so clearly a part of why they do their work: a care for their patients at an unusual level of genuineness and consistency. No pain!
I am terrified of the dentist and these people are so kind and respectful that I actually don't mind going. They stop when they even sense that you may be uncomfortable and do everything they can to make it more pleasant. They also appear to help you make smart decisions regarding completing dental work in a cost effective manner.
On a scale of 1 to 10.....I give them a 10 !!!!!
