So nice to find great service without having to drive over an hour away. The added benifit of getting a ride home while the work was being done, and having them wash my car was a pleasant surprise.

Worst service, had a ton of work done to my car only to have it start smoking and become a fire hazard once leaving the shop. Brought it back and they kept my car for over 2 months to the point where I had to find the part needed to get the process going. Way too expensive and they jacked up the price on the part I found by almost 90% and refused to reconsider the bill. Worst place ever.
Rockport Automotive was recommended to our family a few years ago when we moved to Maine from California. We've brought our cars to them since. They are friendly, professional, easy to deal with, and fast. (Easy to get an appointment and get the work done as quickly as possible.) Plus, the will always make you aware of other potential problems--such as expired inspection sticker and what might need to be done in order to pass inspection. I appreciate their service always.
